No Tag, No Start Immobilisation
No Tag, No Start does exactly what it says on the tin, if there is no tag, the vehicle will not start. The S5+ iMOB combines our highly rated top-of-the-range tracking device with an immobilisation system. This immobiliser is controlled by a Driver Detection card which can be stored safely away from the vehicle. If this card is not present when trying to start the vehicle, the vehicle will not start, even if you have the correct keys!
The No Tag, No Start system has proven to be the sole reason that many theft attempts have been unsuccessful. Despite thieves gaining the signal from the keys of the vehicle, they have had to stop and give up at the point of actually starting the vehicle thanks to the S5+ iMOB immobilisation kicking in.
Remote Immobilisation
Activated through the online account or app by the touch of a button. A command will be sent via a mobile network signal. Once received your vehicle will no longer start until the button is pressed again to mobilise your vehicle. Always check the vehicle’s location before processing the command.
