24/7 Monitoring with all SmarTrack devices
All of our SmarTrack car tracking devices benefit from 24/7 monitoring 365 days a year from the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre, with notifications and alerts either coming from the Secure Control Centre or through our GTE Track app
depending on the level of car tracker you have installed. All of our vehicle tracking devices allow for an alarm input which can be used to connect an aftermarket alarm through the tracking system allowing for alerts to be generated which result in
contact from Global Telemetrics should your alarm sound.

What If I change my vehicle in the first year?
If you change your vehicle within the first year of your subscription and have one of our yearly subscription options, it is free of charge to swap your subscription to a new vehicle within the first 12 months (Please note independent charges may apply from your installer to remove and refit the tracking device)
What if I change my vehicle in the second year of subscription onwards?
Any change of vehicle on a fixed term subscription after the first 12 months will incur a one off charge of £50.00. (Please note independent charges may apply from your installer to remove and refit the tracking device)
What is GPS?
GPS stands for Global Positioning System, GPS is a Satellite geolocation system for location information.
Do you sell immobilisers?
A range of tracking devices have an option to be not only a vehicle tracking device but an immobilisation device also. Devices such as our S5+ iMOB combine both tracking and immobilisation providing the ultimate in security.
How do I get a SmarTrack device installed?
We offer a full UK, Ireland and Channel Island (Jersey) installation service using a network of over 1,000 fully trained, qualified and experienced installing engineers. These engineers can often offer a mobile service at your home, place of work or car dealership prior to you taking delivery of your vehicle, if required. Alternatively you can take your vehicle to one of the local Global Telemetrics approved installation centres for your SmarTrack device to be fitted.
